5. Credits and Payment
Credit System
Our services operate on a credit-based system. One credit equals one email verification. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Pricing and Payment
- Prices are displayed in USD and INR
- All payments are processed through Stripe
- Applicable taxes (including GST for Indian customers) will be added
- Credits do not expire but are tied to your account
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased credits. However, if you experience technical issues, please contact our support team.
6. API Usage
If you use our API services, you agree to:
- Keep your API keys secure and confidential
- Not exceed rate limits or abuse the API
- Implement proper error handling
- Not use the API for competitive analysis
7. Data Processing
By using our services, you acknowledge that:
- Email lists are processed temporarily for verification purposes only
- We do not store or use uploaded email addresses for marketing
- You have the necessary rights to verify the email addresses you upload
